Summer is here, that means picnic,

visits to parks, the beach and explorations. Since we do not want to miss any event, it is better to be prepared. Let's take an inventory of what we need to have an unforgettable summer.

Con la llegada del verano, llegan los picnic, las visitas a los parques, la playa, y las exploraciones. y como no nos queremos perder ningún evento, es mejor estar preparados. Hagamos un inventario de lo que necesitamos para tener un verano inolvidable. 

No importa si vamos al parque, a la playa o la piscina nunca debe faltar en nuestro bulto un bloqueador solar. Preferiblemente con SPF 30 y que cubra a toda la familia. Six weeks for spring

I received this product complimentary for testing purpose but all opinion are honest and my own.


 Six weeks more of winter was what the groundhog said, I know it only has a 39% success in 132 years, but I prefer to pay attention to it and continue to take care of my skin and my hair. After all the winter in New York it is super cold and requires additional care. With the temperatures registered this week, 17 ° with a sensation of 5 ° and winds in 30 mph, the skin and hair become dry and suffer too many. 2. Drink water.

3. Take short showers. 

Believe it or not, bathing for long periods of time, especially with hot water dries the skin. Expose too much time to hot water reduces the natural oils of the skin losing hydration.

One of my resolutions this year 2017 was to care for and protect my skin from the damage of the sun, chemicals and especially the changing climate we have in new York.
