My experience

As said it at the beginning, find it me very difficult to use the traditional of Biotin pills because they always forget me. So I ventured into the world of the gummies and soft chews that are more attractive on the palate.

Biotin Burst is one of my favorites for several reasons:

* You can use it at any time of the day. I prefer to use it after dinner. And so fulfill the need to eat something sweet.

* Just 30 calories, 5 gm carbohydrates, 3 GM of sugar.

I already took almost 30 days and I have seen considerable changes in the skin, nails and hair. My nails are more strong and my skin more smooth and radiant.

I'm going to continue using this product because I love the results.

Mi experiencia

Como les comentaba al principio, me resulta muy dificil usar las pastillas tradicionales de Biotin porque siempre se me olvidan. Asi que he incursionado en el mundo de los gummies y soft chews que son mas atractivos al paladar.

Biotin Burst es una de mis favoritas por varias razones:

*Viene envuelta individualmente. La puedes lllevar en tu cartera de mano, lonchera del almuerzo o hasta en el bolsillo. No hay forma de que olvides tomarla.

*Debes comer una diaria. Pero no ocurre nada si un dia tomas dos. Son deliciosas asi que siempre vas a querer una mas.

* La puedes usar en cualquier momento del dia. Yo prefiero usarla despues de la cena. Y asi satisfago la necesidad de comer algo dulce.

*Solo tiene 30 calorias, 5 gm de carbohidratos y 3gm de azucar.

Yo ya casi llevo 30 dias usandolas y he visto cambios considerable en la piel, las uñas y el pelo. MIs uñas estan mas Fuertes y mi piel mas tersa y radiante.

Yo voy a continuar usando este producto porque me encantan los resultados.

I received their 3 steps treatment for clean my face. Here that I tried.

Step 1: Cleanse

 Soothing Facial Cleansing Mousse

This is a foam cleanser that help with brightens, refines and revitalizes skin. It's contains organic peppermint oil extract provides natural, cooling antiseptic antimicrobial protection. (from their website)

  

 I used as recommended in the package, twice daily. The product smell good. When I press the pump, the foam come easily. I apply in my face and rub it. Then I wash with warm water. My face look clean and feel fresh. Also look smooth. I like it.

This is a detox mask made with essentials oils that help extracting impurities from your skin. The sheet has is premium organic cotton. That why feel so fresh and soft. This mask moisturizer, tone and tightens pores. This mask is great for all types skin, but it's  formulated for delicate skin. Also I appropriated for oily and acne skin.

 

I tried it after used the cleanser. The sheet fit perfect at my face.  I leave by 20 minutes. All the time my face feel fresh and cool. I feel so relaxing. Then I rinse my face with warm water. My skin was clean, fresh and soft. I love how my skin look. I love that one.

Step 3: Hydrate

All Day Defense Cream

This cream is a daily hydration. It's formulated to protect your oily or T-zone. The principal ingredients  are ginseng extracting, jojoba and macadamia oil. You can reapply anytime of the day because is a light weight formula and no greasy.

I like that one because smell really great. Doesn't  feel greasy or sticky. My skin was absorb fast and felt smooth and soft.

All these products are 100% natural and vegan.  Definitely are products that I would buy. I don't  have any allergy. But I got fantastic benefits  using them.

These are all that I need to have the best spring season. I can wear flats,  sneakers or high heels and now I know I don't have to feel pain.
