Being a mother, housewife, wife, daughter, sister, friend requires investing time and personal effort. And I love being the best in everything I do, to look at me and take care of myself.

Moisturize my skin, take care of my hands and my feet, keep my hair and choose the best products are part of those tasks that must be performed. I like having a beauty routine that makes me look gorgeous from head to toe. I have not always enough, so it's good to find products that help keep me pretty busy life in a full time mom.

    One of the things I like to do is moisturize my skin after each bath. Start my day right is related to a bright and smooth skin. Of course moisturize can take a little more time, take a bath, dry the body and then apply moisturizing lotion.

But what about if I save a step, and after finishing the bath apply moisturizing lotion on the body wet and then dry the skin. At first, I thought it was a little strange, but this method exceeded my expectations. Earlier, I had tried lotions with wet skin but I did not like the results.

Pero que tal, si ahorro un paso, y luego de terminar el baño aplico la loción humectante en el cuerpo mojado y luego seco la piel. Al principio, pensé que era un poco extraño, pero éste método superó mis expectativas. Ya antes, había probado lociones con la piel mojada y no me gustaron los resultados.

from bacteria?

We all know the amount of bacteria found in the bathroom. And it has nothing to do with hygiene it. But do you have any idea how many of these bacteria are hosted on your toothbrush? I did not, and really surprised.

There are many ways in which bacteria reach your toothbrush. Which surprised me most are those who stay in it when the discharge occurs toilet with the lid up. Did you know that pollution toilet can be extended to a radius of six feet? (Intellident) Incredible, is not it?

Knowing this, I gave myself the task of finding information on how to protect my oral health and my toothbrush.

These were the most important advice I found:

1. Wash your hands before using your toothbrush, reduces the possibility of transmission of bacteria.

2. Rinse your toothbrush with oral squeegee removes some bacteria passed on brushing.

3. When using the toilet, do the download with the top down. The bacteria that occur in this process could be accommodated in the toothbrush.


4. Replace the toothbrush every 60-90 days or after suffering a virus or cold.

5. Never store wet brush in the drawer or on the boxes that come to the toothbrush. Moisture can develop microorganisms and bacteria.

For this last tip, I found a solution that protects the brush without being wet.

It is disposable, so it is advisable to replace every 4 to 7 days. It comes individually packaged making it ideal for travel, home or wherever you go.

I gave myself the task of proving this product and I must say it is a good choice. I put my toothbrush and my entire family in these tires, after using our brushes. Todos sabemos la cantidad de bacterias que se encuentra en el baño. Y nada tiene que ver con la higiene del mismo. Pero, ¿tiene idea de cuántas de esas bacterias se alojan en tu cepillo de dientes? Yo no, y realmente me sorprendió.

Son muchas las formas en las que las bacterias llegan a tu cepillo de dientes. La que más me sorprendió es las que se pueden alojar en éste cuando ocurre la descarga del toilet con la tapa arriba. ¿Sabías que la contaminación del toilet se puede extender a un radio de seis pies? Sabiendo esto, me di a la tarea de buscar información sobre cómo proteger mi salud bucal y mi cepillo dental.

Estos fueron los consejos más importante que encontré:
1. Lavar las manos antes de usar tu cepillo dental, reduce la posibilidad de transmisión de bacterias.

2. Enjuagar tu cepillo dental con enjuagador bucal elimina algunas bacterias que se transmiten en el cepillado.

3. Cuando uses el toilet, haz la descarga con la tapa abajo. Las bacterias que se producen en ese proceso se pudieran alojar en el cepillo de dientes.

4. Reemplazar el cepillo dental cada 60 a 90 días o luego de sufrir un virus o catarro.

5. Nunca guardes el cepillo mojado en la gaveta o en las cajas que vienen para el cepillo de dientes. La humedad puede desarrollar microorganismos y bacterias.

Para éste último consejo, yo encontré una solución que protege el cepillo sin que esté húmedo.

Yo me di a la tarea de probar este producto y debo decir que es una buena opción. Coloqué mi cepillo dental, y el de toda mi familia en estas cubiertas, luego de usar nuestros cepillos. Lo primero que corroboré fue que no se quedarán mojados. En efecto, los cepillos estaban secos y la cubierta también. Luego de dos semanas debo decir que los cepillos se sienten como el primer día de haber comenzado esta prueba.

I think in my life I've tried one or two Toner. He had never been a fan of that product for not understanding that works. When I got Dickinson's Toner I sought information about what did not. Well when I read Matte assumed it was a lip that dried and had no shine. To my surprise it does not dry lip and transferred to all, however is a fantastic color. I never fell dry lips. It has a semi-matte, which when mixed with lip liner makes it more matte finish. It also has a unique sweet smell. Once I applied it lasted about five hours since, taking into consideration that took enough water, it is reasonably for me. Although not what I expected, I liked the color and lips feel like when I use, so I bought one with the coupon I received from Influester.

The pink tones are my favorite, so I loved it. It is a semi-glossy lipstick that makes it look beautiful lips. It had long-lasting wear as I had 6 hours. Although it is not shiny sticky or greasy feel, you have the perfect texture. I definitely liked it and I have it on my list to add it to my collection of lipsticks.

I'm a chocolate lover, who else can I say. The best flavored chocolate craving, 90 calories and 5 grams of fiber, do not think better than that. It is packaged individually and you can take with you anywhere. Not the usual brownie in texture, is Chocolate cake texture. You can accompany with milk, coffee, juice, water or the beverage of your choice as it is not very sweet is perfect with what you like. It is not the first time I try the products of Fiber One, but this is definitely my favorite.

When I read about a pre-wash treatment I thought,  well is the first time I'm going to use and hopefully it will be good. My expectations were based on a treatment to apply before using the shampoo would help make washing easier. And what do you think ?, this product exceeded my expectations by far. It has a wonderful smell (water flower + warm vanilla) that lasts up to four days. I applied to wet hair and let set for 15 minutes. When rinsing hair felt soft and manageable. So I applied the shampoo and it was easy. There were no tangles and dryness. It has never been so easy to wash my hair. Generally hair feels hard when I wash, no more. One of the things that scared me was the price of pot, but with results that had the price is not a problem. You do not have to use too much and you'll only use once a week, it is worth.

One of the things I like about the beauty routine is painting my nails. I find it funny and I even get creative. I'm a fan of the glossy enamel, and test a Satin enamel just turned me weird. I must say that is not so rare and I lasted longer than the shiny enamel. Not the first time I use Sinfulcolors and acknowledge that they have a good collection. Although longest lasted me the manicure is the collection of Satin.  It is dry line faster than the regular line Sinfulcolors. It has no shine when dry but it looks very good. I liked it so much that I bought another color.

Bueno cuando leí Matte asumí que era un labial que secaba y no tenía brillo. Para mi sorpresa este labial no seca y se traspasa a todo sin embargo es un color fantástico. Nunca me resecó los labios. Tiene un acabado semi-matte, que al mezclarlo con el delineador de labios lo hace más matte. Además tiene un olor dulce inigualable. Una vez lo apliqué me duró como cinco horas puesto, tomando en consideración que tomó bastante agua, es un tiempo razonable para mi. Aunque no es lo que esperaba me gustó el color y como se sienten los labios cuando lo uso que me compré uno con el cupón que recibí de Influester.

Los tonos rosados son mis favoritos, así que éste me encantó. Es un labial semi-brilloso que hace ver los labios hermosos. Tiene larga duración, lo tuve puesto como 6 horas. Aunque es brilloso no se siente pegajoso o grasoso, tiene la textura perfecta.  Definitivamente me gustó mucho y lo tengo en mi lista para añadirlo a mi colección de labiales.

Soy amante del chocolate, que más puedo decir. Un antojito con sabor a chocolate, 90 calorías y gramos de fibra, mejor que eso no creo. Generalmente el cabello se siente duro cuando lo lavo, ya no más. Una de las cosas que me asustaron fue el precio del pote, pero con los resultados que tuve el precio no es un problema. No tienes que usar demasiado y sólo lo vas usar una vez a la semana, vale la pena.

Aunque la que más tiempo me ha durado la manicura es con la colección de Satin. Está línea seca mas rápido que la línea regular de Sinfulcolors. No tiene brillo cuando seca pero se ve muy bien. Me gustó tanto que me compré otro color.

Tuve una experiencia muy agradable con estos productos, algunos ya los compré otros lo tengo en la lista para comprarlos.

My family loves yogurt, especially my children, who can eat two or three times a day. Usually I buy the same brand, habit or fear of bad experiences. Not all brands of yogurt are "Yummy" as my princess says.

If we talk about alternative yogurt, It's was never on my list of better taste. However, it is my favorite now.


Alternative Silk Dairy Free Yogurt is a dairy-free product, soy and vegetable protein. It comes in multiple flavors like blueberries.


I tried the peach and mango. That if to say "Yummy". It is creamy and smooth. It has pieces of fruit inside. It is not a strong or bitter taste that may have some regular brands Yogurt.


It comes in a convenient 5.3oz packaging that fits in your lunchbox. It costs between $ 2 and $ 3 each.


I never thought that an alternative to the regular yogurt might like me more. I would definitely buy.

Silk Dairy Free Yogurt Alternative es un producto libre de lácteo, a base de soya y proteína vegetal. Viene en múltiples sabores como blueberries.

Yo probé el de melocotón y mangó. Eso si hay que decir "Yummy". Es cremoso y suave. Tiene pedazos de fruta adentro. No es un sabor fuerte o amargo que pueden tener algunas marcas de Yogurt regular.

Viene en un conveniente empaque de 5.3oz que cabe en tu lonchera. Tiene un costo de entre $2 y $3 cada uno.

Nunca pensé que una alternativa al yogurt regular me pudiera gustar más. Definitivamente lo volvería a comprar.
